Email Password Virgin.net no longer working

Help please. 

I have been using virgin.net for many years and I was entitled to five email addresses. My wife uses to of them. Recently I was forced to change to a VMO2ID new password on my primary account. This worked fine and although I had a new password I have not had to enter the new password on the Outlook for MS 365 or on my iPhone mail app. Everything still currently fine. emails sending/receiving fine.

However, on my wife's email also virgin.net he email client on her laptop and Samsung phone has stopped receiving emails. On the phone it has asked for the password to be re-entered. But entering the original password associated with that email address no longer works. 

On accessing My Virgin Media and trying to sign on using her email address it recognises her email address but won't accept either the new password I set up for VM02ID or her previous password. 

Her other email address has also stopped working today. 

VM Broadband customer. How do I get her email addresses to work again? Any help greatly received.

    Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your email account at the moment. Has your wife created a Virgin Media O2 ID for her email address as all email addresses would need their own Virgin Media O2 ID.
