I am trying to change to my primary VM email account. I click the email field from the VM account page and get this:
I put the desired new email address in, and get this:
In no place, anywhere do i have communication from VM. Not in any inboxes, spam folder, anywhere.
Help!
In fact, no: the password change was for this community account.
The VM system is not sending any passowrd change email to any address

Thanks Graham_A and Gareth_L. Nope. A few days later, the change email turned up in my spam folder, by which time it has expired. I'm still stuck

The new username email address must be a third party email address that you already have access to. Have you checked in the inbox and spam folders of the third party email address?
