Blueyonder.co.uk email
Around a month ago I was forced out of my blueyonder.co.uk account with no notice. I was asked to reset my email account address password via my VM account as I was unable to remember the previous password however my account seems to have been blocked from access. I am no further forward despite several chats with agents via WhatsApp and need help as all my important documents are on this account (mortgage, bank etc) and I’m not able to change the passwords on these due to having no access - I’m stuck in a frustrating (lack of) access cycle.
Can someone from VM contact me to resolve this please?
