VM completely ignoring my reports of fraudulent access to account

After appox 20 +years of being enticed back to VM by their retentions team on many occasions and double figure calls over the years to inadequate&nbsp; overseas support team its time to cut ties and grab a faster broadband deal for much less and use streaming tV.&nbsp; the straw that boke the camels back for me is completely being ignored when i reported fraud on my fathers account. i reported this on 8 occasions since 2023&nbsp;

On the face of it I can understand why you would get the hump over this issue but as Carl has indicated it's not quite true that you have been completely ignored over it. Did you engage with the DMs that were sent to you?&nbsp;

VM is well recognised for ignoring complaints and problems until the ombudsman is involved, read reports in media.
