On the face of it I can understand why you would get the hump over this issue but as Carl has indicated it's not quite true that you have been completely ignored over it. Did you engage with the DMs that were sent to you?

    VM is well recognised for ignoring complaints and problems until the ombudsman is involved, read reports in media.
