Sim ordered fraudulently
Today I was on a webchat with "dominic" regarding a contract renewal offer. The chat got disconnected. Tonight I have received an email from O2 regarding my sim order! I want this order stopped as I did not order this and am very upset at the underhand way this has happened. I also want to make a formal complaint if anyone could point me in the right direction to do this. Thanks
