Not receiving email link to sign in to My Virgin/O2 account

I received a text message from Virgin Media on 21/07/2025 offering me a speed boost upgrade, I selected the link and signed in with my email address. It then said an email link has been sent to my email address, but despite several attempts I am not receiving the email link. I have checked my spam and cleared my browser cache and history and tried a different browser, but it still does not work. I have also found that I have the same problem trying to sign in to My Virgin Media/O2 account. It comes up with the same message saying an email link has been sent, but still I do not receive it. I am receiving other emails as normal, so there is nothing wrong with my email account. Please can someone help or explain what's going on.
