making a complaint remove your equipment

how do you actually get in touch with VERGIN media without an account to make a complaint. How do you get VERGIN media to move there equipment when its on a private home and should not be there this problem and the response's i have had upto now are a joke full of some one will be intouch within 48 hrs to responces on here which now total 17 days last i herd  being 9 days ago

    You need to give more information so they know what needs to be done. Is this a new installation in the wrong place, or an old one no longer used? A photo would help.

      its 17 days since i first came on and 9 days since ive herd any thing

      i have been speaking to 3 different people and still its 3 days for this then the follow up email 3 days again then same again all BS gives an an email ill gladly invoice for rental on my wall

        You should have realised by now that Virginmedia are not going to remove the box, and they are certainly not going to pay you rental for the space. 

        You have limited options now. You can take legal action requiring VM to remove the box. You can remove it yourself. Or you can just accept that it is going to stay there. 

        You are not going to get it removed by posting on this customer forum.

    i have gave all the relevant information in regards to this and first came on here 17 days ago after spending 3wks being told 4 times some one will contact you in 48hrs and nobody knows who to get InTouch with you cant fill in the online form as you get trapped in the loop of whats your account there for you cant go further all RUBBISH
