Complaint

Does anyone have a direct email for complaints, and every other complaints department contacts I need to contact complaints and I’m taking it to ofcom any help please ?

      The issue is too long to type here but basically the lies that I have been told on the phone and vm failing to provide equipment as requested I have the contact details of everything

    I don’t believe that VM have any customer-facing email addresses, the links that ‘Cardiffman282’ has provided are the closest that you can get.

    However, please do allow Paul_DN, who has offered to help and is a member of the forum team and VM employee, a chance to rectify whatever your issue is. It is likely that he will be able to resolve it and you always have the option of formal complaint etc. later.

      Hi requested the information from Virgin yesterday with regards to calls and was told all the calls are not recorded

        Put a formal written demand in for all calls regardless of what you have been told. The link is below. 

  • I received a call today from bm saying that an engineer was unable to attend today due not enough staff basically, then when I call them they then  try to say that technician couldn’t gain access which there was people in the house and could gain access and even if the technician did call it was outwith the designated time slot for vm , they are now trying to say a technician will come Christmas Eve , but remember the technicians have families ( basically I’m taking from that the technician will not show up or will get a pile of lies on the phone again which you get every time you call them
