Complaint

Does anyone have a direct email for complaints, and every other complaints department contacts I need to contact complaints and I’m taking it to ofcom any help please ?

      The issue is too long to type here but basically the lies that I have been told on the phone and vm failing to provide equipment as requested I have the contact details of everything

      Hi Paul. Tried the link several times, but get error message when I send.  (Have given up with phone and chat.) Querying an ongoing monthly charge for Stream Box.

        Sorry to see the issue with your Stream Box is ongoing 😞

        Please can you elaborate what the error message is showing on your end?

        There a few steps to look out for regarding your Stream Box, let us know if you have done the steps below and how it went. 

        Step 1. Check your Hub’s connections. 

        Make sure the white cable from the wall socket to the Hub is tightly connected. 

        Step 2. Check your Stream box’s connections. 

        See if your HDMI and power cables are tightly connected to the Stream box. Then check your WIFI or Ethernet connection – make sure your Stream box is still connected to the internet.

  • I don’t believe that VM have any customer-facing email addresses, the links that ‘Cardiffman282’ has provided are the closest that you can get.

    However, please do allow Paul_DN, who has offered to help and is a member of the forum team and VM employee, a chance to rectify whatever your issue is. It is likely that he will be able to resolve it and you always have the option of formal complaint etc. later.

      Hi requested the information from Virgin yesterday with regards to calls and was told all the calls are not recorded

        Put a formal written demand in for all calls regardless of what you have been told. The link is below. 

  • I received a call today from bm saying that an engineer was unable to attend today due not enough staff basically, then when I call them they then  try to say that technician couldn’t gain access which there was people in the house and could gain access and even if the technician did call it was outwith the designated time slot for vm , they are now trying to say a technician will come Christmas Eve , but remember the technicians have families ( basically I’m taking from that the technician will not show up or will get a pile of lies on the phone again which you get every time you call them 

  • They are a pack of liars full stop! The company is in absolute disarray, senior management team are not fit for purpose, plus company owes billions and thousands to be made redundant this year, Best thing that could happen is for this outfit of clowns to be closed down,
