making a complaint

How do you actually make a complaint against VIRGIN MEDIA logging on to the web site it takes you to a page asking to submit the online form click on that it opens a page to login you need an account so you cant get any further am not a customer nor do i want to be so the information supplied is complete rubbish as its useless and any other contact is the same therefore all rubbish and false information as it dosent work so what is the correct NUMBER / EMAIL ADDRESS to do this and please dont include any of the numbers that are on your website as they dont work unless you have an account

    That depends what you are complaining about. If you could briefly mention what your grievance is, we could probably advise you better.

      hithe link provided is useless it takes you to the complaints page and when you click on the link to the online form it then opens up a sign in page where you need an account. i do not have an account and this is the same on any other way you try to contact VIRGIN MEDIA so whilst on the forum it looks like your helping in  reality your not you have to have an account i have not

      the problem 

      i live in a semi detached house next door have had VIRGN FIBER fitted the box is fitted on my property there house is Council mine is owned out right by myself i want the box moved off my property and onto theirs simple enough ive contacted VIRGIN 4 times in 2 weeks each time being told i would be contacted within 48hrs ive herd nothing ive asked if my conversation is being recorded was told yes ive asked for a transcript which i am legally entitled to that has been refused ive asked to speak with a manager that has been refused ive been asked to contact VIRGIN on twitter or face book i dont use any of them all am getting is verbal diarrhoea from every corner  if i wanted virign an engineer would be here within 24hrs and no one can tell me who to speak to strange that your company wont even acknowledge resolver which is an excellent platform for complaints not surprised at that either . Please provide an invoice address ill gladly bill virgin for the box to be on my property or kindly move it
