The issues are all described in the topics below (going all the way back to the start of the present forum in January)

Your experiences are the same as what many others have also experienced. If you browse the above you will find that some of the original faults were fixed only to come back again and some faults have been present from the beginning and still persist.
If your previous issue of no notifications has actually been fixed, I would suggest that someone behind the scenes of the forum pressed the metaphorical reset button for your forum login account. I doubt you deleting cookies or trying another browser would be the fix as was suggested on your other topic.

You were right goslow. I'm now back to getting no notifications AND still being logged out repeatedly. I've now given up. Thanks for drawing my attention to all these problems - at least I know it's not just me.

Thank you goslow. I agree that deleting cookies probably didn't have anything to do with me now getting notifications again but - for whatever reason - I'm now getting some.
However, that still leaves the signing out problem. That happens so frequently that I miss a lot of the notifications anyhow! And that's why I started this new thread. It needs to be fixed.

Aside from the annoyance of being logged out, you can't simply log in again either. The pages hang on refresh and often display the ridiculous notification mentioned here

which I also see on occasion. The issue above was last posted 4 months ago and it still persists. I first saw it in Feb 2025. The general logging out issues were mentioned right from the start in January 2025.
And, while typing this, I have just been ..... logged out!

When this ever going to be fixed? It has got worse - I am now signed out about every half hour. I've cleared cache/cookies and it makes no difference which browser I use.

No member of the Forum Team has taken any interest in this issue. I even got an email from them today asking me to mark it as solved!
The reason it matters is that because I'm repeatedly being signed out I don't get any notifications when people have replied to posts. It makes the forum almost unusable.

If I use Firefox I also get signed out regularly and even during typing a reply, the stay logged does not work reliably and updates to posts can take 2 or 3 attempts to get the change to be displayed.
Using Edge browser the logon is 100% reliable, the stay logged in holds for days and the random sign outs do not occur and big plus the menu layout is so much better.
You are not getting any response because VM are very well aware of these repeatedly reported issues and have zero interest in expending any more time on forum fixes.- mikes2400Fibre optic
Thank you - I will try Edge and see. I do usually use Firefox, but when I tried Chrome it made no difference.

Exactly so Client62 👍. The present offering is nothing more than a token gesture for a community forum.

The Forum Platform appears to be a 3rd party product.
One can be at the mercy of the product vendor to provide fixes,
and with the Chromium browsers dominating, that is doubtless the #1 focus.

Unfortunately switching to Edge makes no difference (so that's three different browsers tried). I still get signed out at regular intervals (mostly every hour or so) despite "Keep me signed in" being ticked.

I am still getting logged out but the frequency seems to have reduced in the last day or so (without me changing anything). I am using Brave browser (which is Chromium based but no shields set to block anything on the site).
What cookie options do you choose when you first return to the site? I generally accept essential cookies (which in the past, on the previous forum, used to help stop a never ending user survey from appearing).
This current Khoros platform is so broken and unreliable that I think many of the issues seem to be per user and, even then, they are not consistent for an individual user.

Following Client62's post I've switched to Edge and, so far, no sign outs.

I get logged out of Safari on my iPad Pro at various time periods, some times a under an hour and sometimes the session last to the next day.
