control box in street door broken

not posted on here before but advice needed. The steel box that houses all the broadband and landline cables door across from my house  has been broken for ages and i have repeatedly went over to tape it shut..it has been broken open by school kids today and whole street wiring is exposed....the door itself is broken and will need to be replaced...but there are no options when calling 150 to report this only problems with your own personal account...does anyone know how i can report this matter as sooner or later somebody will start pulling wires out and everone will be affected
