Virgin 360 remote controls

Hi, I can’t seem to find the answer to this. Have just accepted request to upgrade to TV 360, but the info just says “a” remote control will be sent. As we have two existing boxes will we automatically get sent two controls?

    Hi Burge1 

    If you currently have two V6 boxes you should be sent two 360 remote controls.

    If you have the older tivo box(es) then the tivo(s) will be swapped out for 360 boxes.

    Did you get two remotes for your TV360 upgrade, As I've just ordered this morning and can't seem to find if I will get two remotes.

      No they can be recycled.  If you know anybody with the old boxes it might be a good idea to give them the remotes in case theirs breaks.
