WiFi Pod Not Connecting to Hub

I have recently received the black WiFi pod to improve our WiFi in parts of the house. I have followed the instructions for installation (through the box instructions, and the instructions through VM Connect App), and tried the pod in multiple locations. The latest location I tried is about 10 feet from the main router (Hub 3) with a direct line of sight and still not connecting after 24 hours. 

Any recommendations on how I might resolve this, or raise this with Virgin? There's seems to be no contact for support through their app.
