Good Afternoon, Why do i have to keep resetting my phones wifi to get the wifi reconnect?
Using service checker, it says there is an intermittent fault in the area with the broadband and tv. however, multiple people are relying on this internet to do work from home.
I'd leave the mobiles to make their own choice between reliable GSM data and flaky Wi-Fi.
Plan to use your work mobiles as hotspots or via USB cables to keep your work laptops online.
When VM commence the repairs the service may go from intermittent to a full outage especially if defective equipment has to be replaced.
How is the connection by wire Ethernet?
