Why do devices unpause on app?
On the connect app, why do devices I pause from broadband use, automatically unlause. They use to stay paused until I manually unlaused them. Very frustrating. Thanks.

Hi mines doing the same I can't pause any device, we have a son who keeps going on Internet in the night we to stop this by pausing device
Current computers and mobile phones support MAC Address Randomisation.
When a device is paused, the current MAC is blocked.
On finding the MAC blocked the device can generate a new MAC in order to reconnect to the internet.
It is a brilliant workaround for the 20min free time limits of some public Wi-Fi hot spots.
