Access the HUB on 192.168.0.1 in a web browser, log in, and find the MAC filtering section.

Thank you Carl! I went onto the laptop and got to the page, signed in then said the hub would need to restart but now nothing happening - can’t even get back to the login page 😞 anything else I can try?

It's the only other option, other than a full reset of the HUB (There is a reset button on rear you press for 15 - 30 seconds). Keep in mind this fully resets the HUB back to factory defaults.

I’ve already tried that too - just don’t understand why I can’t see the page I need to - gets to the password page and I log in then nothing!!

Is this a Hub 4 that after entering the Hub password produces a blank / white screen i.e. the menu has failed ?
If it is, a 60 press on RESET then leave the Hub powered on, may restore the Hub 4 menu.- Alex_RM

Hi Donna0807,
Thanks for posting and sorry to see you're having some issue unpausing a device, can you confirm if you've tried resetting for a 60 press to restore the hub menu as Client62 has suggested?
