Trying to order a wifi pod: death loop

Hi, I’ve tried going through the speed tests and I’m getting nowhere; I have a speed of 21mbps in one of my rooms and I need a wifi pod for it. I’ve been trying to go through these mandatory steps since 2pm today and I’m losing the will to live, I’m a Volt customer so please can I just order one.
