green screen of death
Hey all,
Sadly got the green screen of death on my secondary virgin media box in a bedroom. Tried the usual, restart + left alone for 3+ hrs..its still the same.
Unplugged for 30+ mins, tried same as above = same result.
If a member of VM staff is around..are you able to help me sort out a replacement please?
message reads 'DVR has detected a serious problem and is trying to fix it, do not switch off for 3 hours"
