Trying to order additional wifi pod

It took me five months to finally get my first wifi pod. Countless emails, telephone calls, formal letter of complaint and then suddenly out of the a wifi pod arrived. No explanation, no apology. In fairness it fixed the problem I was having it that room. But I needed another one for a different room. I used the vm connect app but contrary to what it says on the website, I couldn't order one after getting a poor test result. Another help page offering to help is 404.  It is like getting blood out of a stone. I am getting the runaround again, with orders promised but not delivered. I am more than happy to give all details by pm. I am the account holder, on 1GIG. Wifi max, with one wifi pod, but I need another and do not want to engage in 100s of telephone calls over five months to get this sorted.

      Hi, I am having the same issues. I need to order additional wi-fi pods but website and links do not work. The 'contact us' button does nothing. 

      I have one pod but getting poor WiFi signal across the house and hope two additional pods will rectify the low speeds.

      Could you contact me too to help me out? Many thanks

        Sorry to hear that you've been unable to order a second pod. We can see on the systems at our side that you've since been in touch and have a resolution sorted.   • Hi, I have recently been through the same process as above.

    I had 1 gig broadband installed last week. The Virgin connect app says I have a black spot but when trying to order a wifipod you just go round in circles. Have tried contacting Virgin but its impossible, managed to get on whatsapp with someone but they never responded. Can you help please.

      Sorry to hear you're having issues with running the speed test to ordering WiFi pods. 

      Are you able to run a speed test on the Sam Knows instead here to see what speeds you're getting in the areas of the home where the signal is poor. You'll need to be connected to the home Virgin Media network without a VPN enabled to perform the tests, 

      Post your results here and we can assist further for you if needed.
