Trying to order additional wifi pod
It took me five months to finally get my first wifi pod. Countless emails, telephone calls, formal letter of complaint and then suddenly out of the a wifi pod arrived. No explanation, no apology. In fairness it fixed the problem I was having it that room. But I needed another one for a different room. I used the vm connect app but contrary to what it says on the website, I couldn't order one after getting a poor test result. Another help page offering to help is 404. It is like getting blood out of a stone. I am getting the runaround again, with orders promised but not delivered. I am more than happy to give all details by pm. I am the account holder, on 1GIG. Wifi max, with one wifi pod, but I need another and do not want to engage in 100s of telephone calls over five months to get this sorted.
