Asked on the VM Fb page if the latest firmware for the Hub 5 rectifies the EEE affecting the operation of the 2.5 Gigabit port.
I get a call from support on Whatsapp, that simply stated 2307 is the latest version. Call ended.
Unlikely to get a response from VM, they NEVER every say what is contained or what is fixed in any firmware release.
Usually folks mention Hub 5 Firmware update : LG-RDK_7.6.20-2306.5 ( seen from Aug 2024 )
which requires EEE to be disabled to use the 2.5Gbs port.
Only one person mentioned LG-RDK_11.10.2-2410.5 ( reported on 08/06/2025 ) but no mention that the EEE disabled requirement has changed.
