Account number too short

Having recently joined Virgin for broadband, I’m trying to register on the website.

However the account number on my bill is 7 characters; yet the website account number field states it should be 8 or 9 characters long


As a result I’m unable to register. And yes I have tried it with a 0 in front.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance

    Try 2 zeros at the front, should fix it 🙂

    I think the last digit/s is the area code.
