Service not yet installed - calls, restart....everything's tried

I moved my home yesterday - installation pack arrived (just cables, no hub)

I installed, it doesn't work...

I rebooted, it doesn't work...

I checked service status - it says service has not been installed yet

I called - the service team said the service has not been transferred yet, now transferred and please wait for 30 minutes

I checked service status again - it's still not installed yet...

I have spent more than two hours on try...try again...google...calls

When can I have internet again??????

    Try calling 0800 953 9500 which is the activation line and have the hub serial number (should be on a sticker on the base) along with your new account number and area number which can be found on your bills and contract

    You could also try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening. 

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)
