Red light

Hi I have a constant red light on router. I have tried turning off power and also a reset,checked all cables but it is still showing red light. From what I have read in community page the is not good?!

    Is this a Hub3?

    If so, its a common fault due to a failing LED. It does mean that the overheating warning system is compromised though.

    A VM person will be along in a day or two and offer you a swap.
