Red light

Hi. The light on my hub is a constant red. I have rebooted but it's still red. Apparently it's an overheating issue. How do I get a new hub?

  • Hey marians1, thank you for reaching out and  a warm welcome to the community, we are sorry to hear about this red light issue.

    We are going to send you a DM but please do try these steps in the meantime;

    • Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

    • Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

    • Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
