Red light

My VM hub is displaying a constant red light. I have tried all the reset suggestions at it remains. My signal is deemed intermittent when I run a system check.

    What Hub model is it? 

    If a Hub3... just search this board for - Hub3 red light - you will get dozens of hits explaining the issue.

    I'm sorry to hear that you have a red light on your Hub. Can you please confirm if your Hub is in a clear, open space and sat in an upright position?
