Red light
After two very unhelpful telephone calls to Virgin Media customer services, I have now had to resort to this forum in order to get closure on the red light issue with our hub 3.0.
The hub has been permanently showing a solid red light for the past 2 weeks and rebooting and factory reset has failed to clear this issue, the hub is also very well ventilated.
The hub was installed in 2017, therefore it has worked constantly since then without any issues until now.
Doing my research on this forum and online tells me that the solid red light is a sign of overheating and possible failure at any given time.
Please could a moderator help me with this hub problem as the only solution I can see is replacing the hub for a new one.
