Noticed yesterday that my hub 3.0 white light has changed to red. I believe this indicates that the hub could be overheating. The hub is cool to the touch and the cables at the rear of the hub are also cool. Can I keep using it. I did for safety reasons disconnect it before bed time. Advice please.

The guy called this morning and changed the old Hub 3 for a new one. All now working.
