Red light on VM Hub

I have had issues with the Wi-Fi often disconnecting and needing to be reconnected. It is also unusable on my laptop showing as ‘no internet, secure’. We have tried all fixes and noticed that the light on the hub is constantly red and has been for some time - looking at previous post on here others have been advised that the hub needs to be replaced- please could this be arranged as we are unable to reach you by phone. Thank you.

    I had that and yes, the router is borked.

    Keep ringing and email bombarding them.

    Note the 1st polite (British) idiot said he would send a new router out 'tomorrow'.

    There was no record of this when I next phoned in 5 days later and made a complaint, so a man in a van came around and gave me new one, ask for a technician to visit, say you are disabled, anything to get the job done and limp........

    If this is a Hub 3 and if the red LED persists after a pinhole reset, the Hub should be swapped out. This red LED is the overheat warning and should be working correctly. If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.

  • I have rang multiple times the response is “unable to connect your call at the moment, please try again later 🤔

  • I am still trying to call virgin media and it’s still saying “unable to connect your call at the moment, please try again later” I’ve tried all different times and it’s the same message
