Red light on VM Hub
I have had issues with the Wi-Fi often disconnecting and needing to be reconnected. It is also unusable on my laptop showing as ‘no internet, secure’. We have tried all fixes and noticed that the light on the hub is constantly red and has been for some time - looking at previous post on here others have been advised that the hub needs to be replaced- please could this be arranged as we are unable to reach you by phone. Thank you.
