Hello Bluemerle21
Sorry to hear of the Hub issues and the red LED showing, we appreciate you raising this with us via the forums and welcome to the community.
The red LED can indicate overheating but can also be a faulty LED within the Hub. We're keen to get this looked into and I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.
In the meantime please follow these steps and ensure if the Hub does feel hot touch it isn't used when no one is around to prevent possible issues:
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible.
• Switch the hub back on at the power. The Hub should now operate normally.
