Red Light on Modem
Help.
Is modem broken?
The status light on my modem has been red for the last day or so. I have switched it off for 5 minutes, and switched it back e, and went red again. Everything still works. What is wrong.
Please help.

I have now phoned VM and they are now sending me a new modem to replace my old one.

Sorry to hear of your red light concerns. This is usually just an LED error, but it is best to err on the side of caution.

Thanks for the message. Support sent out a new modem and all working fine. Old one sent back FOC, and received by VM 👍
