Red light on hub

Hiya I’ve got a red light on my hub which no matter what I do won’t go away. I’m not sure if it’s impacting my WiFi as my connection keeps dropping when I’m on teams calls. I’ve done tests which says I should have a virgin wifi pod but I cannot find a way to order them anywhere. Any ideas? Thanks

  • Hi Bigglesworth thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of the red light on your Hub.

    Please confirm you've followed these steps to eliminate the red light on your Hub?

    • Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
    • Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
    • Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
