Red light on hub

For the last few weeks I have had a solid red line on my hub. I have tried the factory reset. I have checked all the cables etc tried all the trouble shooting but still an issue.

The Internet connection keeps dropping and getting buffering and loss of service when using Netflix, Paramount apps etc.

 

Any suggestions.

    Hub 3 has a Diagnostic Test in the Admin Menus.

    What is reported for Temperature ?

    If this is a Hub 3, the LED is an overheat warning and as such should be working correctly!  Just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and arrange a replacement.
