RED LIGHT ON HUB

I have constant solid red light on my hub 3 , any assistance would be appreciated as trying to get on phone is a nightmare , tried the pin hole reset and reset still no joy

      We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your hub 3 displaying a red light. We won't be able to fix this remotely so I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to take a look at this for you.
