Red light on hub

I have this same problem.  My red light has been on for a month now.  It is hot and I have tried the resets etc etc to no avail. 

I have called 150 and followed the bot instructions.  It states you have sent me a text -  nothing received.  Twice.   There appears to be no route to actually speak with a real human, but you have put my bill up by 7.5% for a rubbish service.

 

it appears that this is a well known issue which requires a new hub.   Can you please, please send me one to resolve this issue
