Red light on hub

My 3 hub is hot and showing a red light. Virgin told me nearly a week ago they would swap it out. Now it barely works at all and smells of smoke. I have to keep persevering with it as I need to use it. Just waiting for it to burst into flames now. Luckily it is near a window so I can throw it out.

    A VM person will respond here.  In the meantime - switch it off and unplug it every time you are in bed asleep or the house is unoccupied
