Red Light on hub

Hi, I have had a red light on my hub for months without any real problems until just recently when TV apps like Disney+ and Netflix have started to drop out on a regular basis. I have tried switching on/off and also the pinhole reset - still a red light. Will this post get picked up by Admin ??

    Sorry to see the red light issue is persisting after following the steps we'd usually advise. This could be a simple LED issue with the Hub. However, the red light can sometimes indicate an overheating issue. So due to that, it's best that we send an engineer you to check on the Hub just to be safe.
