Red light on hub

Hi,

Same problem a lot of people seem to have - red light on the hub which has been there for several weeks now. I've tried resetting the hub, unplugging etc. It's in an open, ventilated spot but still overheating. WiFi is dropping intermittently and I assume it's connected.

Please can someone contact me to arrange an engineer?
