I also have the same issue. It's about 4 years old, drops in and out but still works generally. Solid red for 2 months. Do I need a replacement?

Will someone contact me please. I have the same issue for over a weeks. Red light permanently on, but otherwise no problems. Posted several times on the subject n several other posts on this subject.
