Red Light on Hub
Have the dreaded red light for a few days. Solid red light. Tried to turn it off and on, keep it in a ventilated area for more than 48 hours including turning it off overnight. Internet is now pretty much unusable.
Calling the support isnt much help they just recommend turning it off and on/ wait another 24 hours each time. I’ve seen from these forum posts that the only way to get an engineer seems to be by posting on this forum. How can I get an engineer to replace/ check my hub 3?
