Red light on hub

I have just a red light on hub box, no internet connection to tv but able to connect by WiFi on phone and tablet, have reset etc what could be wrong?

    Please confirm you have a Hub3 and do a pin hole reset and report if the Red LED is still showing.

      I believe it is a hub 3 and yes have done a reset, switched it on and off again
