Red light on Hub 3

Hi, for the past month or so the light on my Hub 3 has been a constant red. I’ve reset it several times without success. It’s been in a well ventilated area for the last 3 years plus, so its position shouldn’t be causing overheating. I’d be grateful for some feedback from Virgin as I don’t want it to breakdown over Christmas. Thanks

    We're sorry to hear about the light on your hub being continually red. 

    If it doesn't feel as though it is overheating it could be an issue with the bulb. 

    We can certainly take a look into this for you.
