Red light on hub 3

Hello, we've had a solid red light on our hub for nearly 2 years now. 

Internet can be patchy at times, we've reset it multiple times with the pin reset, it's in the right mode, it's completely freestanding.

    Thanks to hlegerstee for PMing with me - we were able to confirm the details needed to investigate and a replacement hub has now been arranged.

    Poor WiFi performance is not due to the red LED.  However as this is the overheating warning it should be working correctly as it could be a risk.  The Hub should be replaced for this reason.

    Thanks for posting! Sorry to hear these concerns about a constant red light stuck on your hub. 

    We will need to confirm if you have tried resetting the hub, and the light has remained? I will also arrange for some additional testing at our end to see if there's any issues we need to be aware of that may be causing the intermittent issues with your service.
