Thanks for posting! Sorry to hear these concerns about a constant red light stuck on your hub.
We will need to confirm if you have tried resetting the hub, and the light has remained? I will also arrange for some additional testing at our end to see if there's any issues we need to be aware of that may be causing the intermittent issues with your service.
