Red Light on Hub 3
Hi,
Over the last few weeks, I have had a solid red light on my hub 3, it's not overheating and had it switched off overnight and when it was switched back on it was solid red immediately, I tried all the other steps to no avail, my wife and myself have been frozen out of work meetings in this time frame but I don't know if that is the same issue, all the checks say everything is working normally, when I eventually got through to an advisor, they told me they would have a new hub sent out, that was almost 2 weeks ago! My contract is due for renewal but don't want to commit until this is resolved.
