Red light on Hub 3
I have a solid red light on my hub and it is hot which I believe means it needs replacing, I have tried contacting by phone and even waited an hour listening to that awful music only to be cut off! (how ignorant???) My daughter works from home in the airfreight industry and needs the wifi to be dependable, so we are worried now that the broadband will fail. Can anybody advise me how your supposed to get through to anyone when you have a problem?
Thanks
Hello stew56
Sorry to hear of the red light issues on the Hub, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this with us via the forums.
I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.
In the meantime if you could follow these steps:
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible.
• Switch the hub back on at the power.
Also, please don't use the Hub unattended if it is warm to touch.
