Red light on hub 3
I've got the same problem - router is well ventilated, have tried turning off and on, and the pin hole reset. It's hot and the connection is bad. I think I need a replacement - had this one since 2017. Can you help please?

Just to update the thread, I've booked an engineer visit for you to come out and have the Hub replaced.
