Red light on Hub 3
Hi
The light on my Virgin media Hub 3 has this morning gone from its usual white to solid red.
I've Googled why and the answer I've found is usually because it's overheating. But this isn't the case, the bottom of the hub feels cool and the top is warm whi h I'm presuming is fine since its constantly plugged in.
I've rebooted the hub and the light turned green while starting up but immediately went back to red. I've also searched these forums and found someone else with the same issue (https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-WiFi/Red-light-on-Virgin-Media-Hub/td-p/5463541) where a possible suggestion was to factory reset the Hub by its pinhole to try and solve the issue. I've done this and still the light remains on solid red.
At time of writing I still have Internet coming through OK but if its showing a red then I'm not sure how long for.
