Red Light in Hub 3
I have noticed recently that the light on my hub is red. It is not overheating and I have don't the steps mentioned (restart and reset). The hub is in the same place it has always been.

Your hub will probably need replacing. VM will get to your post in a day or so, there is a delay at present as I cannot mail them.
You can't buy a replacement Hub, except a used one on ebay and that won't work.
Only a Hub supplied to you by VM will work on your connection.
Hey Seasider1953, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, I am so sorry to hear you are having some red light issues
Please try these steps for us;
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
I will send you a DM now.
I too have the same Problem. Hub is upright and in clear space as it has been for some years. Have tried the above advice on several occasions to no avail. Tried talking to Terri Bot and agents. An ordeal which did not solve problem. I am worried about overheating and possible fire risk. Can some one reassure me.
