Red Light constant on hub

Hi I note concerns regarding constant Red Light on Hub we have had outages on our area now since 13th March 2025 ongoing I keep getting updates telling me new fix dates. When will the problem be resolved and if my Hub is overheating could someone get me a fix soon.

  • Hey drymdrum,, thank you for reaching out and  a warm welcome to the community, we are sorry to hear about this red light issue.

    We are going to send you a DM but please do try these steps in the meantime;

    • Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

    • Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

    • Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.

    If there is an outage this may be linked to that but its best to send a DM to be on the safe side.
