Red Light and very hot to touch on hub 3
We've had a solid red light on our hub 3 for quite some time now. The hub sits on a table in our living room with nothing surrounding it. The box is very warm to touch.
This has been affecting how well the internet has been working in our home and constantly buffering and not loading web browsers/shows. We have followed all instructions on previous forms to help with the red light issue (factory reset, pin reset, completing steps online through virgin medias troubleshooting page) and nothing seems to resolve this. On various occasions we have had to turn the hub fully off for a few hours to allow the unit to cool down properly.
I have a young child and worried incase the box is now faulty and catches fire. Can you advise on how to book an engineer appointment to have the box examined and changed?
